Today we are going to learn how to be better searchers when it comes to using a search engine. Let's start here:
Use the link below to go to the link with 8 websites. These websites will help you complete the worksheet you were given in class.

Now...use websites like BestBuy, Staples, Dell.com, etc...and build your own computer system. It can be a laptop or a desktop...tell me what processor you will buy and 1 reason why. Tell me how much memory it will have. Also, if there are any other special features, let me know what they are! Then...add at least 2 more components. Pick from items such as a monitor, printer (wireless if a laptop!), speakers, special keyboard/mouse, external disc drive, etc....
THEN...using a word processor (Libre Office is on the 5/6 computers) OR on a piece of notebook paper, write out what you purchased (computer AND extras!), where you are buying it from and how much it will cost. Make sure YOUR NAME is on your paper!
